    The Building Services Department personnel have worked together for a combined average of almost 25 years. For our clients we have prepared complete design packages ready for bidding and construction. Design packages include control buildings located in explosive environments, with special pressurized HVAC systems and free-standing fresh air intake stacks, as well as blast resistant building designs able to resist 3 psi and greater overpressure.

     Our staff has special expertise and years of experience troubleshooting HVAC problems in existing buildings, identifying deficiencies, and recommending viable options for improvement. We have successfully performed these tasks in commercial, manufacturing and industrial facilities.

     We have performed energy audits and follow-up designs in 53 buildings for a college campus and 22 buildings for a heavy industrial client. These retrofit designs, and others, have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy savings for our clients.

     For our security conscious clients, we have successfully provided designs with wired and wireless CCTV systems, supervised entry gates/barriers, wall-type barricades, and special lighting systems.

     As always, our goal is to provide our client with the highest quality construction package within his scope, schedule, and budget.
